Data Processing Policy

I. Purpose of the policy

The purpose of these rules is to set forth the data protection and data management principles and data management policies of the zeewa.io site and related services, which the Service Provider recognizes as binding.

Service Provider: Future Eco-Generation Foundation (2143 Kistarcsa, Hunyadi utca 37. Court Registration Number: 01-01-0012433, VAT Number: 18903221-2-41, hereinafter: Service Provider)

II. Definitions

Personal data: data relating to a specific natural person (hereinafter referred to as "data subject"), in particular the data subject's name, identification mark and knowledge of one or more physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identities of the data subject; conclusion of the data subject. Personal data will retain its quality during data management as long as the relationship with the data subject can be restored.

Data set: the sum of the data managed in one register.

Data management: Any operation or combination of operations, in particular the collection, recording, filing, organizing, storing, altering, using, querying, transmitting, publishing, matching or linking, blocking, deleting, destruction and preventing of further use of the data.

Data processor: the Eco-Future Generations Foundation (2143 Kistarcsa, Hunyadi utca 37.)

Data processing: performing technical tasks related to data processing operations, regardless of the method and equipments used to carry out the operations, as well as the place of application, if the technical task is performed on the data.

Data destruction: the complete physical destruction of the data medium, which contains all the data.

Data transfer: making data available to a specific third party.

Disclosure: making the data available to anyone.

Data processor: any natural or legal person, or any organization without legal personality, who processes personal data on behalf of the processor.

Data erasure: making data unrecognizable in such a way that it is not possible to recover again.

Automated data set: a series of data to be automatically processed.

Machine processing: if carried out wholly or partly by automated tools, it contains the following operations: data storage, logical or arithmetic operations with data, modification, deletion, retrieval and dissemination of data.

zeewa.io: an internet portal available at zeewa.io. The portal is owned and operated by the Service Provider.

Donation: the amount of money donated by the user, either with money deposit or through a virtual wallet or for general use on zeewa.io.

III. The scope of personal data processed

Information based on the user's choice: name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, other volunteered personal information.

IV. Legal basis, purpose and means of data management

Data management is based on a voluntary, well-informed statement by the users of the online content on the zeewa.io website, which expressly expresses their consent to the use their personal information provided during the use of the site. The legal basis for data management is according to the Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information 5 § (1), the voluntary contribution of the data subject.

The purpose of data management is to provide the services available on zeewa.io. The range of personal data you need to provide to access these services is described in the description of the relevant services.

The data processor may not use the personal data for other purposes than those set forth in these sections. Unless otherwise provided by law, the disclosure of personal data to third parties or authorities is subject to the prior express consent of the user.

The data processor is not obliged to verify the personal data provided. The accuracy of the information provided is the sole responsibility of the data subject. Every user, when giving their e-mail address, is responsible that it is being used only by them. Regarding this responsibility any liability associated with logging in to a specific e-mail address shall be the sole responsibility of the user who has registered the e-mail address.

V. Principles of data management

Data may only be obtained and processed fairly and lawfully.

Data may only be stored for specified and legitimate purposes and must not be used in any other way.

The data must be proportionate to the purpose for which it is stored, and it must fulfill this purpose and not go beyond it.

The manner in which the data is stored has to be such as, which permits the identification of the data subject only for the time it is necessary.

VI. Funcion of Patrol

The scope of processed personal data: During the use of the Patrol application, the following data is processed by the application about the user:

• Location data of the user's phone determined based on GPS
• Acceleration and deceleration data of the user's phone

The essence of the Patrol service is that the Controller collects the above data in order to create further data for the user. In this regard, we would like to inform you that any new data generated during analysis is also considered personal data, which the Controller also processes.
